With experience in Graphic Design, Website Design, and Sports Marketing, Leslie decided to take her talents to the next level and combine them to help programs market themselves digitally.
Leslie was in education for 17 years teaching a variety of classes from Graphics Design to Computer Programming to Website Design to Video Design, and more. During her time in education, Leslie served as a Cheerleading coach for over 10 years. After taking a year off from working with cheer and guard, the Head Football Coach recruited her to become the Director of Football Operations for 4 years. And, that began her adventure into the world of sports social media, marketing, and recruiting!
In addition to her education experience, Leslie has served as Design & Marketing Coordinator for a variety of entities. She has been in charge of website design and social media design and management for a variety of accounts on different platforms through the years.
Leslie has an Adobe Certified Associate certification in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. She has also served as a trainer and presenter for Photoshop at the Texas Computer Educators Association (TCEA) State Conference. She has an undergraduate degree in Business Education and Master of Education in Instructional Technology and Design.
She currently works for the New Mexico Career Technical Leadership Project (CTLP) as the Leadership and Marketing Coordinator, while working as owner and designer of Leslie Ferris Designs.
